These Terms of Service govern access to and use of MJ Pilot, including the website, app, brand profiles, feeds, lead forms, notifications, QR/profile links, and related services.
By using MJ Pilot, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Eligibility
You must be legally able to use MJ Pilot in your location. Because MJ Pilot serves the cannabis industry, users are responsible for complying with all applicable age restrictions, cannabis laws, advertising rules, licensing requirements, and local regulations.
No Cannabis Sales
MJ Pilot is a networking, profile, communications, and discovery platform. MJ Pilot does not sell, distribute, ship, or facilitate the purchase of cannabis products. Users and brands are responsible for their own compliance and conduct.
Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of account information and for activity under your account. You must not impersonate another person or brand, claim a brand you do not represent, or provide misleading information.
Brand Profiles and Content
Brands are responsible for the content they publish, including descriptions, images, logos, links, transmissions, licensing information, offers, needs, and claims. You must have the rights and permissions needed to post any content you upload or submit.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use MJ Pilot to violate laws, infringe rights, harass others, send spam, distribute malware, bypass security controls, scrape the service without permission, or post false, deceptive, illegal, or harmful content.
Leads and Communications
When users submit lead forms or choose to receive updates, brands are responsible for using that information lawfully, honoring opt-outs, and complying with applicable messaging, privacy, and marketing rules.
Third-Party Services
MJ Pilot may rely on third-party services for authentication, hosting, database, storage, notifications, analytics, email, AI features, and other functionality. Your use of those services may also be subject to their terms and policies.
Beta and Availability
MJ Pilot may be offered as a beta or evolving service. Features may change, break, be limited, or be removed. We may suspend or restrict access when needed for maintenance, security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, or product changes.
Disclaimers
MJ Pilot is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, perfect accuracy, specific results, lead volume, match quality, or compliance outcomes.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, MJ Pilot and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if a user violates these Terms, creates risk, abuses the service, or uses MJ Pilot in a way that may expose users, brands, or the platform to harm or legal risk.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
